No need halal cert. Want to eat, eat. Dont want eat, dont eat

Take halal cert adds more costs to the biz. When things are more expensive, complain, abandon the biz. Like this better dont take the cert. If u wanna eat, come eat. If dont wanna eat, dont eat. Outcome is the same

Most businesses try to be inclusive, have the right process n handling already. If still in doubt, dont eat. I see no problem some warungs n restoran that are dirty but still full n pack
