DiGi was more or less taken over by Sialcom. All management decisions under Sialcom despite the shareholdings.

Not only hard to port out but very annoying to deal with them these days.

true asf, even paid billed and unbilled amount within the given timeframe, digi still reject my port out request then ask me visit digi centre pukimak

i promptly raise 9 my voice and insist them to create a report number for me to report 9 digi, then after few minutes the customer service diedie say it was just a system error and reconfirmed my portout request had been accepted

dllm, so for digi users who want to port out but kena reject, just call digi and straight ask for report number

request port in at xox at 11am
received sms form digi at 2pm, hava 4 hours window before 7pm to reply. reply almost at 7pm cause i was sleeping
xox line activated at 9pm

10 hours. not bad.

Around 15years ago i was Um agent

Open one line for my wife, rm28 package

Then third month kena over charged additional rm38 for Blackberry BB package, my wife using android

Went center, center say maybe agent nak komisen simply tambahkan package etc story

Then i told them i am the agent!!

Then we cancel so many times baru port out, after one year still call us say we owe them rm100++

TLDR : even agent kena over charged more than rm200 for a rm28 postpaid plan

Since then, i am with digi prepaid rm28 lmao

Port out from any telco in Malaysia is hard.....

My "Celcom" experience:

1. Port out still send bill to me (My bill is clear).

2. Collection team non stop calling me day n night.

3. On n off in their service center for repeat the same old story n document.

4. Last, problem solve after 5 months.

my case gonna be the same like u. i will update again...request port out from digi at 1pm today to XOX too.
