1Gbps for RM159/mth 6 month free bill.

With the bad routing, every night... Imma come back to Unifi once it is better. Now on Maxis fiber for 2 years and will see any improvement by then

Not necessary to have application for other ISPs as it is more to keep their existing customers. It is targeted to those out of contract customers.

For your case, you can walk in to enquire it if you're out of contract.

If you're using the combo BTU+router, some users are experiencing issues with it. Fortunately, I still have my original BTU, so I use that and keep the new combo BTU+router as spare.

Don't take it. You can get 1Gbps for RM159 currently with SWU4.0. 6 mouths free bill and 6 months free Disney+ hotstar. Caveat: after 24 months, speed will drop to 500mbps.

There is no need for a transfer ID as far as I'm concerned. But it wouldn't hurt if you have one.

I just told them that my contract is up, and Maxis had offered me RM159 for 1Gbps if I bundle along with my maxis post-paid lines. I posted this several pages previously in this thread so you might wanna search and have a look.

My 1Gbps package comes with 6 months free internet and 6 months of free Disney+ hotstar (although it hasn't been activated yet and unifi is finding out why). The plan will revert back to 500mbps after 24 months. But by then I could just go through the same drill with them again and chances are I can end up with a better deal. The trick is not to agree with any deals they make before you come here and see what the rest of the unifi customers are being offered so that you won't receive the short end of the stick.

In regards to the RM159 1Gbps package, not all CSO are aware of this. But it does exist. I was informed of this deal by another forum member here who had gotten the same deal before me. So you might need to ask the CSO to consult with their manager about this deal if they are oblivious about it. It may need prior approval from HQ, but high chance you will be offered.

I went to TM Point just now and asked about the 1Gbps deal. But she didn't know about it until I asked her to enquire with her supervisor only then was told that this deal can only be approved from the HQ? If I want this package she would need to apply on my behalf to HQ to seek approval. WTF? I told her if like that I might as well go all the way to cyberjaya since you were given the deal on the spot.

Yes it's possible. If you really hardworking maybe you can try go cyberjaya branch. The forum member who got it before me went to this branch. The CSO there know about this package.

Why when the cso said not possible you never ask the cso to check with manager? Nvm all is not lost yet.

RM89, (with first 6 months FOC, if I am not wrong), re-contract 24 months, no new router and no site visit.

If you have Unifi Mobile Line, you may get it at RM79.
(I was surprised when CS found out I have Unifi Mobile prepaid line and told me I could get RM79). No black & white, I cannot confirm it here.

Unifi SWU user here, TM Batu Lintang in Kuching is your best bet to get SWU, successfully got it on October last year. 500mbps@179 + Aneka (but paying 300+ coz still have contract for TV)

So I gotta go up to the counter and ask for the 1Gbps for RM 159 package? That's it? Do I have to mention SWU package or whatsoever? Is there a possibility where they say no to that?
