Has any Unifi Home Fibre user managed to remove UnifiTV, from the Unifi Home Fibre service?


Based on Unifi Home Fibre terms and conditions, it seems that UnifiTV is compulsory and cannot be removed.

I am currently using Unifi Lite, and I want just internet service and phone service.


If I change my internet service to Unifi 100 Mbps package (RM 89), do I have to do anything during application process, to ensure that UnifiTV is removed?


Or, is Unifi 100 Mbps package automatically without UnifiTV, and I do not have to do anything?

Can Unifi Stores provide the full services (such as account termination), similar to TMpoint outlets?


I need to go to the actual outlets operated by TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd, and not TM Authorised Dealer outlets.
