after your contract ended, go to any TM point and just say your contract already ended and want to change to stay with unifi package. no need to terminate or switching to other telco.

you will also need to signup up unifi mobile postpaid, where you need to pay via bank transfer to TM. It just RM39. but don't worry, just after the line is activated, you can terminate it right there, and you will get email saying that you need to contact them for refund. then go chat in unifi live chat. they will need your account number for the postpaid line (not phone no), and they will ask for your bank detail. if you terminate the same day, you will be refunded 29/30 of the amount. 1 day burn lah. just RM1.30. you got discounted for the new package and free internet for 6 months, so RM1.30 should be nothing.
