is it possible to 'subscribe' public IP for unifi 100mbps or 300mbps like Maxis?

Hi.. Any advise if compare unifi and maxis? Currently on maxis fibre and thinking to port out to unifi for the 6 month promo.. Normal usage only such as youtube, netflix, social media, surfing, emailing and cloud cctv. No gaming usage..
