Have anyone their unifi profile change according to the 2023 free speed upgrade successful? For my upgrade successful on Oct 2023, but till now the profile speed stuck on the old speed.

for mine,
plan before relocation on DEC 2023 @profile @billing =300mbps, speed test =500mbps,
plan after relocation on JAN 2024 @profile @billing =300mbps, speed test =300mbps (TM will do calibration based on profile speed)
Note, make sure the plan speed to be changed according to the upgraded speed. if not, you will getting a low speed later on.

Anyone receive this msg from unifi offer 3 mths free for ext'g user ? condition to recontact other 2 yrs. very interesting
The issue is on the package name. "Free Upgraded 2023" haven't change yet and still stack on the old speed (before free upgrade).
Recontacting will be based on that package name. That is downgrade.

For separate device.
fibre modem = lifetime TM warranty
router = 1 year TM warranty

For combo fibre modem/router = 1 year TM warranty (nowaday TM provided)

This device combo with TM hidden t&c, it only provide 1 year warranty compared with previously separate devices (modem & router). Modem is lifetime warranty. After finish warranty once rosak, you will makan sendiri.

TM also offer me that Hebat Deal (Special) free 3mth with free combo & re-contract, but i rejected.

Any way to check the unifi contract status? not via CS.
