Just want some advices from all Sifus here . My current company just took up the TM Unifi Biz 1Gbps package. We tested via the WIFI getting the average 900mbps ~ 1gbps then we put in our switches and AP but the wireless AP speed was around ~ 400 mbps max. Switches and WAP all are gigabit port hardware by Ruijie. Then I found out that when I plugged in direct wired (cat 6) to the TM Unifi ONR D-Link DPN-FX3060V , I also get the same average 400 mbps but if I switch to the wireless connection I am getting above 900mbps to 1gbps. Any ideas what wrong?

Yes, L2 managed switch but the problem is ..i removed all the switches and AP. Just use back all to default Unifi router. Then plug direct from my laptop to the router DPN-FX3060V and I am getting the same 400 mbps yet the WIFI from the router giving me 1gbps. In the router admin portal, showing the internet is on own vlan. Connection [0]. All the LAN when connect showing 1000/1000. QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Mar 28 2024, 08:29 PM) managed switch? (i) traffic shaping on managed switch port? or your switch' port used for testing itself have restriction? (ii) mixed VLAN trunking with plain ethernet on same port?

Yeap, only WIFI giving the max speed.. most likely will call TM over to check on it. Crappy TM never give a good routers since last time. Always need to replace with something. QUOTE(yenchenje @ Mar 28 2024, 11:57 PM) So direct connection from combo box via RJ45 is also 400mbps max? Sounds like potentially a bad ONR..
