I am not aware Unifi is offering free upgrade recently. I can't test coz not at home at the moment.
I received this SMS too and happily deleted it. And later I was wondering where I saw it and thought was a figment of my imagination "Hi. Do you know we've upgraded your account xxx@unifi to a higher speed for FREE? Your profile will be updated soon. Enjoy your new speed!"

But my Unifi profile still shows the same speed since last upgrade in 2018. Let's see if it will be updated later or the SMS is really a figment of my imagination
