Possible anyone can help for advice, my bill waiver is ending 17 April 2024 (come with 6 month waiver since 18 Oct 2023, but how come new billing start not from 18/04/2024 – 03/05/2024 but is from 04/04/2024 – 03/05/2024. Beside that my SWU 3.0 package should cost me RM119 and TM charges me 179.67.
