Unifi is broken in Batu Caves.
PPPoE fail to connect.
ONU state fluctuate between O2 to O5 back to O2 again.
Fiber reading -22.95dBm

The ONU red light diagnostic is not accurate. Once it is in O2 and above, red light will not appear but it is still a fault in the last mile.

Tm unifi just upgraded my plan to 800mbps. and gave me this Fiberhome HG6145F3.

I had an existing DECO M5 mesh wifi.

But the problem comes when. I change the combo mode -> Bridge mode. I reset my DECO mesh and authenticate the PPPOE service credentials with proper VLAN profile. it's not working.
Okay nvm then I change back the ONU/combo box to combo mode again.

suddenly. the internet led start blinking. meaning I can't access to the internet.
I had the correct PPPOE service credentials
then I didn't touch anything, other than toggling between "Combo Mode" and "Bridge Mode"

I can't find any other people who got this "HG6145F3" on the forum. so.... help......    

so, get unifi or time? confused x-x;

want to use my own pfsense router and wifi ap.

i got this onu box fiberhome, same model. they replaced old one for this.

It's an all in one. Last time was modem and router separate, but now this onu is 2 in one.

did not mess with the setting, just used as is, seems to work.

Is this fiberhome HG6145F3 got the backdoor and dodgy crap on it?

Hi, anyone can advise what's up with this? Anyone experienced with this? Kinda really pissed off with TM.   Got whatsapp from unifi that eligible for free upgrade 1Gbps with no contract, i opted yes, filled online form, got called from them before Christmas , i said yes...and yesterday got this message from them...canceled and said cant proceeds!!

if u still could not get the turbo upgrade u have to demand them to give u a report number. My case also same and they refuse to give me 1 so i threaten them to give me a report number.
