if u still could not get the turbo upgrade u have to demand them to give u a report number. My case also same and they refuse to give me 1 so i threaten them to give me a report number. Got my speed upgrade from 800 to 1g few months ago. Contract already over. Anyone here have experience with downgrading plan? I want to take a cheaper plan like 500 mbps swu 5.0.
