Not sure if this service interruption is related to your area or not. But in Unifi Alert, there is a service interruption around Kundang, next to your area

Guys, lastweek very unlucky week for my Unifi
7 May 903am - fiber cut (monkeys issue); 9 May 129pm fix 10 May 933am - LOS red; 11 May 1025am fix (technician show the patch near DP broken inside. cut place patch all ok. the patch about 20cm-30cm maybe from the clip to DP). 2 patch place on my fiber. 12 May 303pm - LOS red. pending restoration 14 May. i suspect the same problem. the 1st patch near clip broken inside. the patch near clip already hide inside DP but still broken. tired la like this. theres no monkeys playing around when both (2nd and 3rd issue) problem happened. is it my fiber cable problem or TM kontraktor patch problem? |

QUOTE(blackankh @ Jun 9 2024, 04:09 PM) Hi i am currently using Unifi 500mbps Super Value YEP 2019 (actual speed test is 800Mbps in speedtest after free upgrade) [RM129.00] + Aneka (RM30). SWU will be cheaper without tv pack because their target is for customer only need Internet. This is what tm titiwangsa officer told me when i have some chitchat there last December when i tried to get the SWUMy contract has ended. When i went to TMpoint previously they told me SWU package is more expensive than my current package if i want to include tv package as no promotion. Anyone get cheaper SWU with tv package? My current package 800mbps (turbo upgrade 2018) + Ultimate Pack (tv) paying RM189.75 (incl. tax). This post has been edited by ahlong: Jun 9 2024, 05:44 PM blackankh liked this post

QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Aug 16 2024, 05:07 PM) I noticed that my neighbors recently had fiber installed, and after the installation, I saw that the DP box was left open. Will rain or water cause any damage to the DP or fiber cables? Plus, there are monkeys around, so that’s another concern! Should I contact Unifi to report this and ask them to close it? I don’t want to risk losing internet connectivity later. i think u should. monkeys unpredictable action. they can cabut cabut inside. |

Comparing firefox using only DoT quad9 versus the chrome with Quad9 Doh(1-2 seconds load time to load website after google search). Temporarily switched to controld for now. well if i switch to digi mobile data the sluggishness disappear when using quad9 dot also i understand that dot has extra overhead than doh but current dot with quad9 is extra sluggish than before the fiasco edit: area subang let me try try first ah.. otak already karat with numbers at work i think.. EDITED: and in the sudden, quad9 unbound return SERVFAIL also hahahaha.. nvm ah.. change to others.. just playing je.. This post has been edited by ahlong: Sep 14 2024, 12:28 PM |
