Its like a disclaimer.
Like if the buyers wants you to poslaju the product, he has to bear responsibility for any damages incurred in transit. Many sellers include this as you never know what PosLaju will do to your stuff  On the other hand, it would be nice that you could provide some proof that the hard disk was working fine in case the buyer accuses you of selling him a faulty product. |
