The same kyc in the Celcom Digi app that mirrors the "Convert to e-sim" kyc on the website works one shot for me. App kyc pass one shot, website forever says myKad not clear, when they are effectively the same?

Celcom now support "convert -to-esim" in iPhone feature, just like most American carriers. Very very recent update, I did not notice this in the "Cellular" section in Settings 2 days back when I attempted e-sim kyc via CelcomDigi website. I guess there's a new carrier definition update that happened between today and last 2 days.



I just did mine on my old iPhone 12 Pro Max, running e-sim now. Once my Air gets here, the e-sim will get transferred there, the 12 will get traded-in to Apple.

Curiosity edit: Anyone here using Celcom e-sim juggle your e-sim between iOS and Android device? I was told by Celcom customer service that e-sim transfer only between iPhones, not across iOS/Android. I find that kinda nonsense since I can always ask for replacement e-sim (which I assume comes in the email tied to your CelcomDigi account in QR code form) from CelcomDigi and what's stopping me from adding that e-sim to my Android device? (Honor Magic V5)

I finally tried and managed to transfer my eSIM from old iPhone to my new one!

Not sure if following might help, but...

I've 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, though both dual-SIM models. Both updated to iOS 26 with no issue so far.

For an older iPhone with only 1 physical SIM slot, I understand that it can store up to 6 or 8 eSIMs (oh, forgot about my 11 Pro that's not dual-SIM  ). Only 1 eSIM can be active together with the physical SIM.

For the iPhone Air, I was surprised but very happy  that I can have 2 eSIM active at the same time. This model doesn't have physical SIM slot at all, but I'm adapting well. 

Soon we can only register 2 numbers under one telco for prepaid, so if I've got one digi and one celcom considered different telco or under one telco?

Noted, means only apply on new subscriber, max only 2

Are any of these hotspottable? There seems to be a dearth of any hotspot add-ons on the Digi app at this point.

Hi all, may I know how to convert a physical SIM to eSIM for my CelcomDigi number via CelcomDigi App, instead of visiting an official store (PS: not in MY)? I can't find any change to eSIM function in the App.

Yea, if that is no other alternative solutions, then I have to walk in to resolve it myself during my next visit to MY.
