i think the correct way should be request for QR replacement for the esim so that u can add it in the new phone.

For one who is already on esim, no reason they can reject if one lost the phone etc...
*
Ah yes, of course, will try with next phone.

Is porting in to CelcomDigi Kuning free? Or paid? confused.gif
*
Last time I ported in from Maxis postpaid, Unifi Mobile, Celcom & Hotlink, they were all free. No charge for the SIM cards which came with RM0.01 credit.

I want to ask for CelcomDigi One Pro, i wanna see if my calculation is correct

Telco
1) OnePro  - RM 200
2) 1 Supplementary Line - RM 25
3) Device Price for S25U - RM 102 (36 Months)
Per Month will be "225 x 8% + 102 = RM 345"

Current
1) Digi 60 - RM 60
2) Wife Line - RM 40
3) Unifi - RM 119
4) Device Price S25U (external) - RM 141 (36 Months)
Per Month will be "60+40+119 x 8% + 141 = RM 377.5"

Saving : 377.5 - 345 = RM 32.50 x 36 Months = RM
1170

Theoretically OnePro plan helps save money in long term ?
*
OnePro seems pretty good. What speed is the Fibre?

For comparison, mine is:
Digi Prepaid 1: 25
Digi Prepaid 2: 25
Digi Prepaid 3: 25
Unifi 1Gbps (+RM20calls+UltimatePack): 159 + 6% =168.54
ip16pm 256GB 36mths: 166.64
Total per month: RM410.18

At its peak, I had 17 numbers. Vouchers were great back then. Lazada, Petronas, F&B, etc...

user posted image
BR vouchers at the beginning of MCO. iirc one number 2 vouchers ie: 2 scoops of BR per number.

This is the "Always Active" feature.

Didn't work anymore for me. I topped up RM100 (120 days validity). Plan is RM10 monthly. First 4 mths OK, 5th month, no longer auto renews. Asked Digi CS, they saw bcos validity expired. Using Digi Prepaid Live.
*
Back to this number. It didn't auto-renew RM10 plan on 26/11/2024 because validity expired 25/11. Balance around RM50.

Anyway I let it sit for a few months with RM10 plan still enabled in Settings. I was planning to topup RM5 or buy RM1 validity tomorrow as the termination date is day after tomorrow: 23 February.

Suddenly yesterday, it auto-renewed. (Still have *888*1# 6GB loyalty data.)

Let's see if the "Always Active" works for next month.

new Edisi Biru prepaid plan
*
Not too bad. Compare with Kuning RM25.
30 days, 30+10+10, Hotspot 6+24, Calls Unlimited.
(the ones with the + are limited time offer, expect them to hilang one day even though it's been there since the start of plan in March 2024)

My no expired. Until when it will be terminated? Will the app indicate the termination date or I need to track myself?

user posted image
*
App doesn't indicate the termination date. It shows the expired date as per your ss so can calc +30 +60 +90 days depending on your plan. There should also be an SMS stating "Your Prepaid line will be terminated on <date>.

how to know the exact terminate for prepaid line beside calling Digi support?

even their SMS notification don't reveal the date
*
The SMS should have the dates. I rely on the expiry date in the app + 90 days.

Why my CD kuning Rm25 didn’t get the extra 10GB after renewal?
*
Both of my CD25 Kuning got Free Internet 10GB (FC) and Freebie 10GB (30days). Sometimes the second one will not be given.

Another number (diff IC) on CD25 Kuning got Free Internet 10GB (FC) and Free 20GB for 5 days.

But some telco will renew once you reload enough credit. Digi app have to unsubscribe from "My Subscription". But once unsubscribe, it will cancel your plan instantly.

Yes, correct, once topup and enough credits, it will auto renew.

when is the date my no will be gone if I dun do anything such as reload?

27 Mar + 60 days = 26 May

Assuming 60 days grace period which I think is correct for Kuning.
