First time seeing CelcomDigi as the LTE carrier name when testing on SpeedTest. Usually it’ll either show Celcom or Digi. My phone network still show as Digi.

iPhone 16 PM. Tested few mins ago, now it shows as Digi

I prefer mine to be only Digi coz it looks simple and clean.

CELCOM app? My billing cycle also on the 18th and it’ll usually appear in a few days.

Just checking… has anyone ever encountered this issue where you can’t get OTP/TAC from a specific provider? Just ported one of my work number to CD Postpaid SE few months back and until now I couldn’t get some of the TAC messages. Most banking apps I can receive but specific ones like Grab and even Celcomdigi’s own official website also I didn’t receive any TAC messages. I’ve reached out to them but so far no response yet as they’re still checking.

I don’t think so because I’m able to receive OTP from UOB which uses that number. Tbh idk what number they’re using for CelcomDigi.

No issues when on iOS. Interesting that it says CelcomDigi on the Speedtest. Mine still shows as Digi (using CD40 SE). Which plan are you on?

FYI I’m on CD40 SE and able to stream at 4K at this hour. I also not sure how to check IMSI but when do Speedtest it says Digi. I think I’m using a CELCOM SIM because before moving to the new app I managed all my phone bills through CELCOM Life. Ported from other service provider few months back.
