I limit myself < 30 minutes looking at my phone.

Probably the my LCD or it's just my eyes having a hard time

i use both. no problem.
probabbly your eyes.
or the screen is dying.

Probably the blue light. Nothing to do with the Display tech

Can buy a filter to put it on. But colour will be out

I think AMOLED or OLED in general has issue with pwm dimming...

LCD do flicker especially those with PWM backlight on most cheap phones and laptops. U can check with a digital camera aiming directly at the screen.

Normally is the amoled that flicker really bad in low light. LCD is usually the more okay ones since it's consistent in both normal and low light.
