Metal deck roof leaking is usually come from,
1. The slant degree level are too flat. Every metal roof panel profile have their own specification for the slope degree, and some of the product are overdue with Malaysia rainfall reecord from 20/30 years ago. Now rain a lot heavy already, so make sure the roof slope degree is sufficient in accordance to the supplier specs.
2. The joint details at the edge (top and side). Metal roof join must be address and detail properly, usually is these joint got incorrect installation or damaged.

Not recommend to just torch-membrane or any kind of over the top surface solution. No matter how long warranty they give you, it will fail sometime down the road. Becasue the root cause is not address, water will stay there and become a probelm again in the future.

Have to ask contracter to come and see and check properly. even if you want to membrane it off, need to fix the root cause first.
