Which are the hottest township in Klang Valley in 2023 for both self-use and investment? both resident and commercial units. (a) Semenyih (b) Puncak Alam © Setia Alam (d) Kota Kemuning (e) Rawang (f) Dengkil

C & D for sure, as its already mutured so entry price will be high. But still worth if you have bullet because there will only higher, not reach peak point yet.
F have potential, but not yet can see by now like C&D. And entry price is lower, everyone have chance to in.
If it only focusing in Dengkil itself maybe hard, but if catergory Dengkil + kota Warisan + salak tinggi together maybe have higher potential.

i beg to differ i would say in between rawang and sg buloh lol
most of the developments have been over at south, time to pack up the north

if new as in within 5 years then only b, e, f are new and a stretch to call them kv.
a is just unfinished but not new. first phases by setia and eco approaching 10 years. also not in kv.
c & d are 20 & 30 years respectively.

Have you guys visited lately to new side of Kota Emerald and Anggun city Rawang. Witness the development of the township with you own eyes before jumping into conclusions. Cheers.
