If want good after sales service for WASHING machine, get Samsung or secondly LG.

Other brands after sales and parts is just meh.

Current Midea distributor is Scott & English, previously they handled LG in M'sia.

My past experience for after-sales with S&E is pretty good.

I have good experience with Midea. Own their cheap 6 or 7kg dryer, already 6 years old, still work great

I am using Midea washer dryer 8.5/5kg. Pcb damaged in less than a year. Lucky still under warranty. Drying function inefficient compared to previous Electrolux washer dryer. The only good thing is that it is cheap. Other than that, not recommended.
