Has anyone installed TNB solar at your landed either 2-storey terrace, semi-D or bungalow? If yes, I would appreciate if you can share your experience.
From the TNB solar website calculator, the concept looks interesting. Say, if your monthly electricity bill with TNB WITHOUT SOLAR is RM350, after solar installation the bill will varies with the solar installation size that you choose.
For instance, if the monthly electricity usage or bill WITHOUT SOLAR is RM350, the following will be the equivalent bill WITH SOLAR panel:-
RM99 with 4.5kWp solar panel
RM46 with 5.8kWp solar panel
RM13 with 7.2kWp solar panel
RM0 with 9.4kWp solar panel (wow, free electricity!)
Can someone confirm if the above is achievable in real life scenario as advertised? I presume the above will apply if the solar panel is running at 100% efficiency in perfect condition as in theoretical. What if it there's not enough sun or it's the rainy season where the solar panel will not be able to perform up to the numbers as above?
