sometimes never set auto debit will forget so at least they got system to prevent u spend ur moni before u pay ur monthly installment

should clear monthly installments 1st then next is spend

Just be honest and say never pay for 6 months la. Banks rarely reposses after 3 months.

Im 10 days.. late pay my car loan. Also bank already block my account.. i cant withdraw or transfer anything

IIRC if the car already paid more than 75%, bank need to req for court's order to repossessed the car

has they changed the law?

Correct. It's not difficult to get that Court order for repossession. I'm pretty sure the bank would have obtained such permission. But obviously the reporter and politician shoots first without investigating.
