trying to register GXbank but no OTP received after I enter my phone number

how long need to wait for OTP?

almost half hour still no OTP, alr click resend but still nothing

maybe their system cuti weekend

using digi, tested no issue other sms can receive

already restart phone and off/on airplane mode

it works now, waited around half hour and try the registration again

weirdd, I did not move at all... still at the same spot

just asking but now no more deposit rm100 cashback rm20 right? and also link grab with gxbank no more benefits? or still have, if I subscribe 6 months and they will refund every month for six months?

bobian this app need iOS 15 above, mine only iOS 14 recently update then can use

is there something wrong with the GX bank debit card?

Paywave transactions keeps getting declined, online transactions also failed.

bank account got money, details all correct. Online and contactless transactions enabled, limit not exceeded.

Also, noticed the virtual card in the GX app will not show my card details. Nothing happens after i enter my pin.

no issue previously, just noticed this yesterday when I tried to paywave and today topup. Both failed.

edit: ok i somehow fixed it.

The card no longer functions - I noticed in GX app, the card details and freeze/unfreeze card BUTTON will not work. Transactions all declined and failed, rendering the card useless.
So I tried update app, close open app. Still the same. Then, I login and out multiple times until the buttons worked 1 by 1 for every login/logout I tried.

What a ridiculous issue, the card wont function because the app is bugged. No notice or any warning.
