had the same experience with my OCBC CC.
happens when i no longer can do wave payment, called to CC, they said wave count is reached and it need to perform a PIN transaction to reset it. but it does not block online transaction like reloading ewallet.

but i do not have such issue with Maybank AMEX
might be another kill switch by banks to preventunauthorized usage.
