From beginning of October i still haven't use debit kad,i want to know is it still available cash back 1%? Or already no.more ?

How high are the chances of me getting back my money? 1st of April my debit card got 12 unauthorised transactions total rm3k , report bank 30 minutes after tge last attempt transaction. Now the status already turn successful.
