I have not received the physical card, I added the card details into SETEL app, validated, and tried to purchase fuel yesterday,  transaction did not go thru. Is there something I need to do on setting side, or its required to activate physical card 1st, before can use for things like petrol purchasing

I've never use debit card for petrol before, but is it same as credit card where it withhold RM200 pre authorized amount? Did your main account has more than RM200 that time?

yesterday try use gx to pay air asia ticket by select twd as currency for flight from taiwan to kl. After approve payment noting happen.

Then i try buy ticket from kl to taiwan using RM, payment went thought.

so question is gx no allow use foreign currency for online payment?

ask customer service, say no problem at their side

But if you experience payment failure when making Alipay payment in China, try remove card then add back the card (reenter the card details) again on Alipay app.

Suggest to standby adding another card in Alipay as well, such as Wise or other debit cards.

Alternatively, you can use your GX Bank card, to withdraw cash in any China bank ATMs. The rates will follow Mastercard 0%, and the limit follows your daily transaction limit.
As what I know, there's no ATM fees there.
