Hi,
It depends on the character of the manager...of course, that is hard for you to gauge at this point of time...Company B requires you to deal directly with your manager...If the manager is ok, then it should be straightforward for you... |

Also with MNC, sometimes banyak protocol and compliance...R u ok with that ? Also hows yr communication skillset ? U ok to liase with colleague from different countries ? If ur not comfortable with that, then think twice.
