Hi guys I am a landlord and have submitted my tenancy agreement for stamping on online stamps lhdn. I have paid the fees and have received a stamp certificate. However my actual tenancy agreement has no stamping whatsoever on it. Is this normal? Example of a stamped tenancy agreement below. Will my tenancy agreement be recognized by the banks in this case?

I've tried searching under PENGESAHAN KETULENAN and entered both my sijil no. & adjukasi no. but that doesn't include the actual tenancy agreement itself. How can a bank verify my rental income in that case? Just by looking at bank statement and see that rental is coming in from a renter's name?

The stamp certificate should have the address of the property rented out. Bank can verify your rental income from your bank statement which your tenant pay to

1. Bank statement

2. Rental tax returns to lhdn

3. Tenancy agreement

4. Confirmation letter from tenant

5. Title of rented property

the one is the old stamping. new one is a certificate.
