You can try get this CAI hose for RM60 without metal fastener at:
AME AUTO PARTS (PJ) SDN. BHD.
25, Jalan 21/11A SEA Park
Petaling Jaya 46300
Selangor.
(Beside CIMB Bank)

I just bought mine from there. It's a bit more expensive than where neosaint99 got it. But since it still have stock so okok lah... The stock one looked very nice in engine bay.

I asked the boss there he say still have some stock... He say if want more maybe need order (Since not in production dy means that's all left) Maybe can try there?

Yeap, after market CAI can work too. Only slight difficulty may be getting the CAI to fit into the fender hole (it is square)...but I'm sure some creative solutions will be found smile.gif

But isn't there a bigger round hole also??? I'm thinking maybe use that hole instead of the smaller square one. hmm.gif

Oh yes!...you are absolutely right. There is a wire going through it, if my memory serves (cant remember what it is for tho). I made an insuflex plug for it. If the round hole is now used for CAI, then just make the plug for the square hole. Assuming the CAI duct is smaller than the round hole, one could make a sleeve out of Insuflex to hole the duct in place. If its snug enough, it will click in really well coz the rings of the duct will 'clip' into the rim of the hole biggrin.gif

Try to move the wire to run through the square hole then...afraid it will get pinched between the duct and the rim and ultimately get cut through...

Rewire arr? I'm still afraid to touch on wires yet, cuz i dun have jodoh with them. Everytime i mess with something that have anything to do with wires or electronics, that thing sure gone haywire or sot sot or not functioning.
What is that wire for? Do you know where is it connected to? If rewire, mean i have to cabut the whole fender out to take out that wire right? rclxub.gif

Edited for spelling mistakes.
