I'm running on twin-pot fronts (ventilated) + single rears (solid).
Honestly, if you're a (decent) daily driver, the brakes make no difference. Just get a set of good high-temp pads (maybe like MadDriver's pads I'm selling) and you can have a little bit more fun with the brakes.
If you drive like a maniac (i.e: cannot see winding mountain passes type tongue.gif ), the the brakes make a whole world of difference. They really let you stop when you want, where you want and give you some added assurance when giving your ride a good stretch. But a word of caution, THINK BEFORE YOU BRAKE! They lock... and lock pretty quick.
The hose upgrades are pretty good too, giving you a little more lifespan and brake feel. But PLEASE try not to upgrade the Master Brake Pump as this will only put unnecessary stress to the brake hoses & pads and increase brake-wear. I've seen glazed pads as a result of this (big MBP + bad pads).

Actually, the rear drums bite quite well. They don't however, take repeated abuse very well sad.gif Once you get them overheated, they're next to useless... I still miss my rear drums, especially when loading the handbrake sad.gif(

Believe is or not, the front VR4's are cheaper as compared to the rears these days. Actually had an offer for a P&P single pot set for RM400 shocking.gif
... too bad I already had one tongue.gif

but as i said, rear disc brake is for cosmetic purpose especially match with nice rim ... blush.gif

hmm, RM600++ for cosmetic purpose is kinda espensive for me hmm.gif
*
Not really cosmetic... it depends on the driver.
For the casual driver with very mild driving habits, yes, they are close to useless. But not for the temperamental maniac tongue.gif
Well, people have spent more on 'cosmetics' too... How much does a set of nice rims cost these days again? unsure.gif

How much does the bar like yours cost anyway...
Hope we're not turning this thread into a chat + business thread tongue.gif

But then, it's a good idea to put the cost of these items here, easier for other forumers to know biggrin.gif

On the hood is the, i dunno what it called, I cut the bonnet to allow air to flow inside the engine bay..

It's called a hood-scoop. And yes, it's done to allow more airflow into the engine.
I've been contemplating several configurations for my ride, but in the end....

... never did it tongue.gif

I think there's another series, Matrix if I'm not mistaken. Similar design with PCD114.3.
Worst case, I'll get my knuckles converted to PCD114.3 tongue.gif

Those rims are REALLY sweet drool.gif
