not only is Magnesium good for deep sleep, you will also wakeup feeling super refreshed.
first time taking it when i travelled for a rave last time, took it before sleep, woke up feeling brand new, can party on with almost full battery charged. its also good when you travel, or even for daily usage as magnesium is hard to be supplemented through normal food. 10/10 would recommend |
