Same problem where Maxis without notice simply shorten the bill due date from 30 days to 25 days. When I spoke to CS, she initially insisted Maxis had provided email and SMS notifications. I contested her by asking to prove what were the dates such notifications were sent. She obviously couldn't, and then apologized but offered no solution either. So Any maxis subscriber facing the same issue or any advice to solve this.
Complaining to MCMC seems the only way now.
