So Chilis, Roma etc is not halal certified as well since they served alcohols. Still those places flocked with Malays. And MAS? Halal? Since they serve alcohols as well?

But Madam Kwan majority T20 malays
Nasi Bojari bestest but price yahudi already RM35 per plate  doh.gif  doh.gif  doh.gif

If the yahudi price meet the standard of the product, I willing to pay.

Yesterday at KLIA order yongchow fried rice set (include coleslaw, fishball soup & 1 air mata kucing). The price tag RM20. In the menu picture look nice. Once my order arrived, everything look sad. Fried rice no aroma and once put into mouth no "wok hei".
Coleslaw in picture show full in bowl but actual just quarter size. Fishball soup tasteless and air mata kucing taste waterdown.

I dont go Chilis and Roma, their food quality went downhill since many years ago. They can go flock there if they want.

MAS don’t cook their own food, Brahims did tongue.gif and now different suppliers are supplying. Serving alcoholic beverages is not the same as sourcing halal foods that were packed in secured trolleys ya tongue.gif

MK should add grill pork like mu-ping as an option for their nasi lemak. make it obvious non-halal since the market for halal is almost negligible.

Those who makan halalkan je la.

Same like tgif and all those roadside. Ok je takde sijil. Siap kotor also not a problem and tax free.

At least MK paying tax.

While some maintain cleanliness, let's see how most mamak restaurant, not clean and also waiters take foods with bare hands.

That same hand they use to touch their phone, mops, pens.. other people's cups (which has been held by other people).

In my area got one, can see a lot of org suci pakai jubah coming and eat.

I'm so confused.. but Nons with halal cert they still will doubt about halalness.

But if you look at MK’s reasons for not getting halal certs, it is cause they serve alcoholic beverages as one of the reasons. If it is a yardstick, then I guess all pubs, hotels restaurants, hotel buffet dinners (including Ramadan buffet, I think), and drinking areas are non halal, yet can see a lot of Malays still flock there. Confusing, right?
I think there are more to halal than alcoholic and pork. But it seems that Malay Muslims are only concerned about these 2, when referring to halal. I recall Halal also requires food handling hygiene etc…so by definition, all those roadsides Malay stall, sarungs are not really halal, though they do not serve alcohol or pork.
