i tested speedtest.net and browsing, download etc, the speed is normal over 100mbps.
but only fast.com, youtube etc video streaming, looks like capped at 512kbps. is it throttled? what can do? FUP reached? i think used over 255GB |

normally fast.com is use netflix server
other speed test bypass anything, some telco speed test don even use your quota |

called CS, they said no FUp no speed limit, my data still there, they also cant figure out what happened... lol.
if i use vpn, the speed will b normal. |
