I am still contemplating between the new 400/X vs the 2nd hand 6 years old Twin 900 for a little bit more. Been reading the posts in FB group and it seems that the bike surely have a big QA issues but the one sold here seem to be assembled in Thailand, though the parts still coming ftom Bajaj plant. Get assured that those teething problems are easily resolved but these bikes were launched last year in India, so they should have resolved many of the issues ain't it?

street twin 900 is definitely better.. bigger cc = more fun and its 270 degree crank brap brap sound will make you smile
i like bonneville t100 when I tested it which use the same engine

I’m in dilemma either the 400 or go directly to 900.
Some sifus say why bother start 400c when u know you are going to upgrade anyway.

My concern conti bike is on the maintenance & parts as i’m in east coast.

if you are worried about conti bike 400 or 900 also doesnt matter.
tbh if you take care of it properly, don't left it not riding for more than a month should be fine.

triumph 400 is new platform, if you want reliability 900 is the better choice since it has been proven to be good.
