If EEI is calculated before offset, meaning if EEI of 1092kWh is -RM0.005 / kWh. Compared to EEI after offset of 1092kWh - 784 kWh =308 kWh. Which you will get much lower rate for that 308kWh.. EEI will determine whether your rate will match the old bill or not. Anyone got their first NEM bill for July yet? Confirmed already with people who changed to ToU bill, they got their cutoff bill. The way they count EEI eligibility is just through the import kWh alone

Everyday I message them, everyday kena blue tick. Some more dare to ask me to remove my posting. This time around selagi they dont reply me nor send any technician to my place, I wont take down the post.
