i'm not sure of the system, probably most are ok.

however please note that i heard a lot of feedback from building contractors, these solar so called "installers" are mostly inept in roofing works. and they go a shitty job most of the times due to taking easy way out.

if they are drilling to your metal roof, better buy better screws as they give u those that cause rusting due to galvanic corrosion

and some lagi funny they placed on roof slabs using paver blocks as weight to press down the panel, and not suprising it blew away due to strong wind

yeah, they "assume" their subcon installer are good, and client dont go up to see.

and after the client asked if happen again how? they can ask the client buy insurance for it.

Guys, Alpha Solar aftersales support is utterly useless

My 2 SAJ inverters have been down since last week and yet I have been blue tick by their customer service, totally being ignored. Everyday I message them, everyday kena blue tick.

Some more dare to ask me to remove my posting. This time around selagi they dont reply me nor send any technician to my place, I wont take down the post.

12kWp system = produces 1,200kWh per month = 40kWh per day but BESS/battery can only store 32kWh during daytime = about 6-7kWh would be exported to TNB during the day at RM0.21 per kWh under ATAP.

So, ROI is about 86 months or 7 years, not 75 months/6 years. Worth it.?

I think he is in the upper limit of generation. His area must have excellent exposure to sunlight WITH excellent panel placement AND direction, etc.
Mine 10.6Kwh with limit roof space.

They calculate RM600 to 700. I think I got average 1200kwh per month.
Based on real life usage. It generate about RM500++ each month on average. My 1 panel got shadow and most of panels are facing west. Few facing south and 1 set facing north.
So really not optimum placement.

So unless you have excellent solar panel placement and exposure, on average you better calculate as anywhere between RM500 to 600++. Don't over expect it unless the installer say your roof placement for all your panels are in EXCELLENT position to maximized generation.
