I don't understand why TS compare KK Mart business model with 99 Speedmarts. KK Mart is totally expensive than 99 Speedmart.

I went to 99 Speedmart just now. Before I enter, they already put signage of no longer offer plastic bag and start using recycle bag. If the recycle bag is finished, just use the TROLLEY that they have in front of the store or even use the BASKET available. After you put the item inside your car, then just return it at the store.

Seems like COMMON SENSE on TS brain is not exist.

I don't know what's the big issue on this. You know how's the condition of the store and you EXPECT HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE from 99 Speedmart itself.

You expect CASHIER TO LEAVE THE FUCKING COUNTER AND GO TO BACKROOM finding the box? HELL NO. That's not how it works. Ain't nobody got the time to do that. Even the store I visited just now don't have enough manpower.

You want to be cheapskate, but in the same expect EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
