but but many people come without. own bag, don't know how to carry loose things , ask for cashier help, buat selamba

ask tolong for empty box, the workers selamba say no box, not even a courtesy check inside their storeroom , which definitely clear many box daily

only othe option is buy recycle bag about rm3, and today I asked for recycle bag, cashier simply say bag finished...no consideration at all for customer clueless how to carry things

many times the shelves are empty, not stocked up, not arranged, ask shop assistant, they declare no stock..

so many times, full height trolleys, filled with boxes blocking aisles and shelves, can't even find or reach our things we need. it is regular happening but shop worker 2-3 of them will be sitting out chit chat, no time to arrange stock or put price tag

there is no pricing tag anywhere, have to bring to cashier to scan, and this is massive problem in all stores, nobody cares about the inconvenience

today I wanted buy sugar, but the shop assistant blocking the aisle with trolley of sugar cartons, . as i.cannot get inside aisle, I asked him to pass me one packet, he rudely tell me to wait, not in a friendly tone, ask me until he loads the packets and I can then take from the shelf myself. but he just left the big plastic containing 1kg sugar packets on the shelf, not loosened , still in big outside packaging. I have to tear the outside plastic to pull out the small 1kg packs. a Bangla asked him is the red sugar packet more expensive, the worker asked him to see for himself and walked away but but there is no price tag anywhere.

I go to KK mart or other shops, the Bangla mostly friendly trying to help, so now everyone know, where the problem is . total lazy and lack of customer service culture

99 hires locals while KK hires foreigners and locals depending on location.

You get what you pay for, 99 is still cheaper.

99 speedmart is memang a shitshow. Long ago also got boxes blocking the way, untidy display, unhappy workers, etc and there is always a type of smell.

If let say la, the founder Mr Lee not being greedy, he just want rm10 per outlet a day masuk his pocket , thats like 20k+ a day from all the outlets.

You now only realize customer service nowadays is crap.
Yes 5g internet is down now. So I go and call customer service just to ask how long it is going to be down.

Customer service asked me what is the problem. So I said internet down. Then ask me can call out or not. I just told him if cannot call out then how I call you. Then suddenly he ask me to calm down.

I told him I am already very calm. But I am going to report you if you talk even more. You want me to show you my calmness by reporting you? Then he just continue on after that.

Dun give those ppl face. Otherwise, they will just take advantage of you. Customer service are so crap these days a true reflection of Malaysia mentality

And aircon always spoil. A minute in there almost feels like sauna.

99speedmart got no competition in it's niche, it's on a league of its own, they can do whatever they want

KK mart worse leh ..price more expensive, the workers face also same not happy the world owe them money expression. Worse still their barang dont put at the right sticker, when u check the food, the sticker there show 3.5, when u go pay its 4.9 when questioned they showed..the barang punya harga below not correct one..the harga waaay over at the other end. Ask for refund cannot. Sory pun takde

That's the thing. That's how bad the current situation is.
Can tell violence against shop workers or even customer service is going to be huge very very soon.

I try to refrain myself in 99mart though as I dun expect great service due to their nature of biz

I know the effort to report may not be "worth" it but at least management will start taking note.
