but but many people come without. own bag, don't know how to carry loose things , ask for cashier help, buat selamba
ask tolong for empty box, the workers selamba say no box, not even a courtesy check inside their storeroom , which definitely clear many box daily
only othe option is buy recycle bag about rm3, and today I asked for recycle bag, cashier simply say bag finished...no consideration at all for customer clueless how to carry things
many times the shelves are empty, not stocked up, not arranged, ask shop assistant, they declare no stock..
so many times, full height trolleys, filled with boxes blocking aisles and shelves, can't even find or reach our things we need. it is regular happening but shop worker 2-3 of them will be sitting out chit chat, no time to arrange stock or put price tag
there is no pricing tag anywhere, have to bring to cashier to scan, and this is massive problem in all stores, nobody cares about the inconvenience
today I wanted buy sugar, but the shop assistant blocking the aisle with trolley of sugar cartons, . as i.cannot get inside aisle, I asked him to pass me one packet, he rudely tell me to wait, not in a friendly tone, ask me until he loads the packets and I can then take from the shelf myself. but he just left the big plastic containing 1kg sugar packets on the shelf, not loosened , still in big outside packaging. I have to tear the outside plastic to pull out the small 1kg packs. a Bangla asked him is the red sugar packet more expensive, the worker asked him to see for himself and walked away but but there is no price tag anywhere.
I go to KK mart or other shops, the Bangla mostly friendly trying to help, so now everyone know, where the problem is . total lazy and lack of customer service culture
