This table clearly shows relationship between affluence and life span. Foreigner in this context, I am assuming are expats who have much higher financial standing and access to better standards of living in their earlier part of life and have great medical benefits here. Indians on the other hand are at the lower spectrum of income and much reduced access to good medical facilities, and also poor education levels, leading to lack of health awareness, hence lower life span.

In short discriminatory policies may be main cause of Indian community’s lower life span. If this is the case, it is an atrocity committed by those in power.

That is true but don't forgot that Indians have genetic predisposition to become obese too. Indians are more prone to insulin resistance and diabetes than anyone else.

And guess what's the leading causes of death for humans? Heart diseases

data as of 31 december 2023. they got data from the future?

I believe what they meant by 2023, is not people born in 2023, but rather people who died in 2023, and their average age when they died.

Edit: Oh crap, I was the one who was blur, now is only Sep 2023.

How Much Longer Do Fruit and Veggie Eaters Live?

According to research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, “Subjects who consumed five fruits and vegetables a day lived an extra three years compared to their non-plant-eating counterparts.”

More like Indian food & drink more unhealthier than Malay/Chinese food and drinks.

Seriously, if Chinese eat like Indian, I am sure Chinese average also will go down.

A multiethnic cohort of 59,824 subjects living in Ontario, Canada found that, for the equivalent incidence of diabetes at a BMI of 30 kg/m2 in white subjects, the BMI was 24 kg/m2 in South Asians and 25 kg/m2 in Chinese subjects. The study concluded that Chinese subjects developed diabetes at a higher rate, at an earlier age, and at lower ranges of BMI compared with Caucasians

Sure its not as bad as Indians, but we are not exactly blessed in this.
