How does sandeply look? I use nyatoh ply, oak ply walmut ply..sandeply ??

look like what they call china ash. not really ash, just something out of china factories.
good luck with hand finising using wipe/brush on oils. maybe one table top i would do that way.. 200sf... better use floor finishing technique. osmo should have the tools for the job
