I wonder why Mc.D payment system has the option to pay for chili sauce.

I believe McD story more than his. They have a reputation to maintain, and lies could irreparably damage their brand if not handled properly. McD won't just say "deeply disappointed" and then lodge police report if they are not totally certain that's what happened.

But somehow I don’t see any reason if someone would just go to the counter and become aggressive to insist to pay for the sauce la. Surely got something happen in between.

So I kinda believe his story more for now. Could be something that the staff said that provoke this. Either to him or his son, we can only confirm via cctv.

I kena one time before. Different experience though

Mcd breakfast last time got come with grape jam. And if u not enuf u can ask for more.
But got one time I ask for more, say need to pay. But the next visit , staff just give extra grape jam.

So sometimes it’s staff problem?

Btw, grape jam + Big Mac is very nice.
