Oh! Rm2.2K is the amt I must save!!! Hemmm! May be I am better off buying just the blu-ray disc then as I intend to buy a HDD player just to store & watch movie ! Anyway this tread is most informative for me. Keep on posting!

Aiyah! Kua cakap if Divico 6500 + HDD 1Tb cost Rm2.2K then I might use the Rm2.2k to buy blu-ray disk. Hemm but then I know one HDD seller got HDD for sale including blu-ray/Hd dvd movie inside. USD 249 for 640gb hdd inclusive of movie inside. So still saving my money for it! Untill now haven't try blu-ray on my Panny yet!!! Still don't know the PQ????

No yet lah! Will have to get my free 5 blu-ray when I cum to KL next month! Now only watching PRC blu-ray/hddvd can see 'hair' already! For sure on blu-ray hair even more clear!

I am reading this tread with up-most interest as I discovered collecting & buying BD is getting very very sexpensive & peasant like me have to look for alternative HD source.
Now may I know it is possible to fully copy a BD ( 50gb file ) & play back on a Divico 6500 with full BD function like eg BD manu, select sub, preview etc sort of like as if from a BD player?
Tq in advance for all the advice as I am a noobic in this.

Yeah! That is what I understand, at this moment of time no HDD media can play BD iso.
File size is no a problem for me. What I want is full function. He! He! In fact when I copy/download movie/music file I always chose the largest file. What I want is quality.
So to all the HDD media sifu, what say u?

Yalloh! At this moment of time my blu collection all ori but wallet getting very thin......... Although I did try PRC blu b'cos it is cheaper but my Panny BD30 only like ori so no choice. That is why HDD player look promising but only when it can play BD iso.

Me peasant, only a few pieces of bd. As for BD content one Divico seller say he can fill up a 1.5 TB HDD with roughly 30-40 HD movies for a 'service charge' of Rm400...... expensive??? Well it is much cheaper if compared to real BD.

I might buy the Divico 6500 plus 1.5TB hdd & in fact the whole set if it work on BD iso but from what he show me it seem to be 720p mkv file which is blur blur to my peasant eye. & most imp no bd menu.

Over here selling for Rm1.6k ( without warranty ) Rm1.9K with warranty.......still wandering it can buy or not? Sourcing for BD content is another factors ( BD full vision, I want all the extra fissure as in BD ).

This is what the Divico dealer told me. Rm1.6 no warranty Rm1.9 got warranty. Wah! Rm1,499 now arrr? Very tempting to buy.

What sort of movie file u got? Any BD iso? This Divico 6600 can play BD iso & also bistream HD sound to avr?

Now! Now! This is what I WANT! This is what I want in my BD manu.......I suppose I will have this in BD iso??? So to all the HDD player sifu which player can play this sort of BD iso file & most impt bistream the lossless audio to avr via HDMI.
