My wife decision when commit purchase to this.
1) In rush in getting small SUV car cause got newborn baby. Existing myvi in bad shape.SUV ease aging parent and baby going in and out without bending their back.
2) Ativa waiting 3months +. WRV no waiting. 2 weeks can get.
3) Never drive foreign car brand before.
4) Interior look dated but to her, all look advance if compare to first gen myvi she drove.
5) Resales Value high.HRV 2016 can still sell at 72K.Civic 2016 can still sell at 86K.
6) Good after sales service, during maintenance, salesman offer to drive it to service center as it is near to her office. So, no extra time off required.
7) Lastly, happy wife, additional money pay is worth it.

Bonus point: in myvi 1st gen, baby keep crying due to NVH no good. Now baby keep kicking her leg and able to sleep during journey to jalan jalan and send to nanny. (comfortable for baby)

Yes indeed. So my wife make sensible and only get the Vspec.
All those paddle shift, extra radio and extra airbag is nice to have but not required as first, it act as city drive to office and nanny daycare.

Radio, just daily radio, podcast and waze.. 2 speakers less no difference for amateur. Airbag. Already got 2 more extra from her previous myvi.

So, she use her extra sell off myvi as down-payment and tint for her new car.

Might as well top up get the city hybrid and even have rear air conditioning

like that only can sell new face lift with full feature mah.... you see first generation apa pun tak ada..... later see new face lift gets all the good techs that should had been release on the first day of launch model....

Example : new HRV for 130K++ that should at least got most of the latest tech or at least mid range tech but apa pun tak ada..... got no flat screen display (only TV box), no 360 camera, no side mirror sensor, only one side side mirror got camera..... then later new face life sure you see all will add into the new model.....

Tried ,normal-ish..wont very powderful nor underpowered.relax drive.

Maybe ayam not type like tekan habis like some uncle doing initialD.rpm 2-3k all the way climbing up.cannot do much pek corner at 60km/h at hilly road, merely 50 n below for comfort, otherwise family members will swing left n right.

buy city hatchback if u want compact H

atleast can enjoy nationwide service center.

mahal mahal notebook put HP Pavilions

Budget item wont sustaiinable like premium.

want small car just get axia la.. this is not so small, especially on the width side, which is quite important also.

just say one H logo car la.. so many excuses.

TBH i would go for used toyota sienta, with the power sliding door would be even more convenient and larger aperture to enter as well. too bad toyota discontinue that model due to low sales performance, can only get used one now.

Sienta and Freed those weird2 designs means they come from Jepang. WRV based on Brio from India, not so advanced.

Yeah, that is an issue with BRV, and I suspect WRV too. You see a lot of BRV the boot cover many dented - the reverse sensor placed wrongly, if have 4 sensors better.

Indeed... Practical choice will get Sienta or Alza/Veloz but girl thinking is wired differently.

It come to my acceptance that although it defy all logic, as long as wife is happy, to hell with logic.

It's not wrong - they want new car & less hassle, got warranty - no need to go here and there look for mechanic to fix.
