I dont know about others but I have a non inverter 1 hp unit (Daikin) in my master room that I use daily

My usage is - turn on approx 2.30am every night, set timer for it to off at 7am daily. Temperature was set to 23c, full fan speed. Around 3am or 3.30am usually when I go to bed, I will turn on Sleep mode and reduce the fan speed to minimum. My ceiling fan is connected to smart switch so I just set timer for it to turn on at 7am

Based on TnB app, my daily electric usage is around 8 - 10kw everyday, this is including a inverter side by side fridge
