Anyone here with SWU 1.0 RM129 300mbps? Guess I will wait for the upgrade to 500mbps first then only walk in and ask for lower price, who knows maybe can get even cheaper swu4.0

Went through live chat, force CS to log a request for me to Thier sales team for SWU3.0 , initially asked me to walk in and I provided the screenshots for proof, then asked me where did I received that SWU3.0 information. I told them from Thier live chat channel etc, at the end raised a report for me lol

QUOTE(BenYeeHua @ Oct 6 2023, 11:46 AM) They scare, supervisor marah them for keep asking supervisor coming out and review 1 by 1 lol. the problem is, the guy went to check with the supervisor, then come back and tell me cant do it. Avoid going setapak titiwangsa one. But, in a good company, if it is something you can't handle, it is not push it back or bite it, but push it up to supervisor, which is his jobs for review and process with better solution. |

Just went to klcc, exactly the same system, straight away applied with swu3.0 , no questions asked although still with 2 months contract, and scheduled this Sunday to my place for installation. The titiwangsa branch really sucks nicktaylor liked this post

Wahh don't know what to say.. made an appointment for swu3.0 today, then early morning received a call from contractor asking what router am I using, and I told the contractor own router, then he asked "like that how I want to setup for you" LOL, then I told him if that's the case just send me the router only.
Few mins later, he appeared and passed me the fiberhome router, I asked him I thought two routers? He said only one jer.. then took off the router label and tell me later 1:30 will upgrade you from system. That's all and he cabut .. Strong wei the service LOL This post has been edited by enixcv123: Oct 8 2023, 11:05 AM |

QUOTE(coolguy_0925 @ Oct 8 2023, 11:09 AM) it is TM practice that their tech wont setup 3rd party hardware so this one cant blame the contractor la but attitude wise.. ya not so good maybe but you know la they are not highly educated so.. just ignore Hahah I can understand the 3rs party router which they don't support, but he never even bother to confirm whether my current onu can support 500mbps or not.. I asked him, you don't need to try? Tak payah la.. same jer.. hahahahthe 1 and 2 router thing a few here did mention also only got 1 and you may want to check with TM about this |

guys, quick question on the lan cable.
I bought a 50m long Cat6 cable 3 years back from subtel, that time was thinking to pull the cable but somehow i didnt do it and at the end it keeps in my storage, today i take it out and wanted to try the speed but it somehow capped at 100mbps, could it be due to the cable too long or probably the wire were dmg (but it's actually never been used before). Should i cut it off and place a new rj45, any suggestion? |

Guys, recently I subscribed the swu 1gbps, and tm provided me with the dlink gpon router (all in one) but I didn't really asked them to set up anything instead I am using back the old Huawei modem, so now the question is my current speed test max is at 940+mbps, so if I use the gpon router with load balancing etc can it really up to 1000+mbps?
