if 500mbps for RM119 ,300mbps and  800mbps will not be sold openly .

Went to TMPoint today for SWU, so looks like they maintain my current price but with 6 months waiver, 300Mbps to 500Mbps upgrade together with ultimate+netflix. WIll reconfirm once the upgrade is done.

I’m on 800mbps plan + ultimate tv pack + unlimited call plan for RM159.

Received a call from TM today around 4pm offering me free upgrade to 2gbps plan with same tv and call pack and no price increase but with a condition to renew with 2 years contract.

While the TM agent was explaining that all 800mbps users are categorised under 1gbps (umbrella / category) the line got disconnected and didn’t receive a call back after that.

Anyone else got similar call as me?

Yes it’s perpetual as per my current plan.

The fact is that I’m anxiously waiting for a call back dunno the offer is legit or not since the call got disconnected half way thru.

Do report back when u get call again.

It looks like existing users will be upgraded.

That means 300Mbps SWU 3.0 will be upgraded to 500Mbps permanently

It is likely that the SWU 3.0 plan will be discontinue after TM launches this new plan.

Here’s what the free speed upgrade looks like depending on your current plan.
30Mbps -> 100Mbps
100Mbps -> 300Mbps
500Mbps -> 800Mbps
800Mbps -> 1Gbps
However, this speed upgrade is not applicable to customers who are currently on the highest 2Gbps (1Gbps + 1Gbps) plan. TM has also confirmed that customers on the RM69/month 30Mbps Rahmah plan are not getting an upgrade for now.

Well, finally the truth is out. No wonder 300mbps free upgrade to 500mbos perpetual. It's in their original planning. Haha.

So for those who signed up SWU 3.0 300mbps, we already got the free upgrade in advance, which is 500mbps. But our pricing is better compared to the new plan. RM119  is still the best deal in town!
