Applied for Perpaduan 30Mbps RM69 last Tuesday, this afternoon TM contractor come and install.

ONU: ZTE ZXHN F620

No document needed as I apply directly at unifi website, they will help u check for eligibility as long as u B40, aged 60 or above, OKU etc.

No installation fee needed as internal wiring not needed.

Yes, if you want to request internal cabling you can do so, but in my case not needed. They just drill hole thru the wall and connect fibre directly to ONU.

can test out both of them first
i would prefer using own router (your tp-link ax20)

Im just frustrated that some people get different results and treatment.

Brought my friend to TM point Batu Lintang, Kuching earlier this afternoon to subscribe SWU 3.0 300Mbps.
Still RM119, free 6 months bill, permanent upgrade 500Mbps, only free 1 mesh router.
No upsell or anything, just say u want SWU and counter lady will intro you the plan.

Counter lady say only 1, but not sure just 1 or 1 set (2 router).
Will wait update from him this monday.

Also forgot to mention counter lady also spotted that he took Deco M4 from TM that he regret getting, rm360 (rm15 x 24 months contract), so maybe she thinks my friend will only need to just replace the old router to the new wifi6 mesh router.

This will appear if you check ur account in MyUnifi app and press upgrade plan.

better go TM point for black and white procedure.

After that within 1 hour got sms inform plan change request.

speed upgrade listing is still glitched for some of us.
maybe waiting is the only option for now.
